We understand that buying shoes and clothing online is convenient, however we know sometimes it might take a couple of tries to find that right piece for you!
We’re committed to helping you; which is why you may exchange or return items within 60 days of purchase date for any reason, no questions asked!
Exchange Guidelines
- Exchange request (Step 1 below) need to be submitted to start the process. Exchange orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days once the returned item is received
- If you are exchanging an item and prefer not to wait for the process to take place, please order new item (as a replacement) and we can process the original order being returned for a refund
- Sparco Fashion do not charge any fees for exchange, you just need to cover return shipping costs
Return Guidelines
- Return request (Step 1 below) need to be submitted to start the process. Return orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days once the returned item is received
- The refund amount you will receive is for the returned item less the postage charges. This is not applicable for FREE shipping items as no postage charges will be deducted

- All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded back onto a gift card
- Please note, missing accessories, damaged or negligently packaged items will not be refunded
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item
- Loss or damage in transit is rare however it might happen!
- In case you received a damaged item in shipping: please take a photograph or two showing the damage and email them to our customer support team to investigate further with the courier and issue a replacement for you.
- In case the item you sent back to us got damaged or lost in transit then it will be up to you to follow up with the courier and claim any damages from them based on the level of cover procured at the time of placing your shipment back to us (which we always recommend be similar to the product value).
- We will gladly issue a replacement for your defective item. Depending on the issue, and for verification, you may be asked to return the item to us, or we might ask you for evidence of the defect through a photograph to expedite the warranty claim process
Item Condition & Packaging
- When exchanging or returning an item, we ask that it is kept in the original new condition without being worn or washed along with attached tags and all original packaging
- Items that cannot be returned are: personalised products, personal care products, gift cards and coupons
- We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking as this will help us determine the time frame of your return. It will also help you track item in case it was lost in transit and facilitate your refund claim with your chosen courier
Step 1: How to Request a Return/Exchange
If you have created an account with us when you placed the order, you can simply:
- Login and go to orders page
- Find the order by date or number, click on the “Refund My Entire Order” Button then fill out the form and let us know if you would like to return or exchange with different size

Step2: What Happens Next
- Once your returned item is received, we will send you a notification (any issue with the item will be highlighted at this stage) and a refund will be issued if the returned item was accepted with no issues. Credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within few days
- In case you have not received a refund within a week of the notification, please check your credit card provider or PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted as well
